Job Overview
The Compensation Lead – WHQ is a critical strategic role responsible for driving compensation strategy and decision-making across North America Support Functions, as well as Global Capability Centers in India and Mexico . Reporting to the Director of North America & WHQ Compensation, this individual will act as a senior consultant to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on job evaluations, market benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive design.
