Overview
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist supports the administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programmes while ensuring efficient HR operational support. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance, manage employee enquiries, and support compensation-related initiatives.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or related HR functions.
- Experience within the BPO industry is an advantage.
- Final job title may vary depending on candidate experience.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
