As a Compensation and Benefits HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing and administering all employee compensation and benefits programmes within Suir Engineering. The primary focus will be on ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices and comprehensive benefits packages for employees in all the company's locations.
