Support with the Corporate Annual Compensation process including merit adjustments and profit-sharing program
Participate in the administration of the Annual Shares program
Assist with compiling data for salary surveys, completing data analysis and drafting responses
Contribute in compensation analysis using internal and market data
Participate in the EllisDon Pay Equity program including maintaining job descriptions
Completing job evaluations
Leading the new title creation process
Support the implementation of new and existing total rewards programs including data collection, data analysis, developing tools and resources
Develop training material and facilitation of sessions for internal stake holders
Support with internal communications of program roll-outs
