About the Role
Description
As the Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing salary surveys to price jobs in local market, evaluation positions, assisting managers with job description development and recommending salary grades.
Primary responsibilities include
+ Participating in salary surveys and analyzing data to benchmark company pay against industry standards
+ Evaluating job descriptions to determine appropriate classification and band/zone
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
+ Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
+ Previous internship or practical experience applying financial or business concepts preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
+ Hours per Week: 40
+ Work Schedule: M-F
