Reports to: North America HR Solutions Manager
Role Purpose
Provide leadership and specific Canada knowledge and expertise in payroll, pension, and benefits administration for approximately 350 active employees and 45 seasonal employees in Canada.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Payroll:
Manage the timely and accurate payroll for all active employees, seasonal, and international assignees twice monthly through the internal HR system (Workday) and Dayforce.
Oversee and verify entries being made into Dayforce are accurate and made as per documented LWI s (local work instructions). This includes any payments or deductions (recurring or one-time).
