Support individuals navigating loss at Maison McCulloch Hospice as a full-time Grief Services Associate. This role emphasizes holistic care and involves on-call rotations, making a significant impact on clients.
As a core member of the interdisciplinary team, you'll facilitate both individual and group grief support sessions. You'll conduct assessments, craft personalized care plans, and advocate for clients' needs.
