About the Role
Job Description
- Provide medical care, first aid, and referrals for employees.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations.
- Assess fitness for duty and recommend adjustments if needed.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
- Educate employees on preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational health standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Lead medical response during workplace emergencies.
- Train employees in basic first aid and emergency medical procedures.
- Advise management on health-related policies, ergonomics, and preventive measures.
