Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. leave requests, from initial notification to returning to work (FMLA, ADA, Short/Long Term Disability, state specific programs, etc.)
Interpret and apply U.S. federal and state law, particularly FMLA, ADA, and STD as well as company policies
Maintain accurate, confidential records of leave entries and case documentation
Advise employees and managers on leave options, eligibility, and rights
Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and third-party administrators
