• Set and execute operations in the zones & other allotted clusters.
• Need to initiate new tie ups with Government /Government Aided Schools /Trust run schools in the allotted clusters.
• Identify and engage corporates and individual donor base. Plan and facilitate Train the mentor sessions on a periodical basis to prepare the strong batch of mentor’s in the allotted Zone. Daily & regular update to the HO Team on the project progress and challenges.
• Assist the HO team in content development or other project related coordination.
• Manage the school relationships, specifically with teachers and HMs.
• Manage the data updation in the CRM tool with high accuracy.
