As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, you will adapt methods and strategies to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their safety while tracking progress diligently. This position emphasizes innovative problem-solving and the creation of engaging experiences tailored to individual behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized treatment plans effectively
• Support behavioral changes using systematic strategies
• Track client behaviors and document progress accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs on program development
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with children and youth is advantageous
