The Opportunity
As a Community Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of the property while fostering a welcoming and responsive resident experience.
Resident Relations & Customer Service
- Deliver best‑in‑class customer service to residents and visitors.
- Address resident concerns, complaints, and emergencies, including after‑hours incidents, while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Issue and serve notices (e.g., Notice to End Tenancy, Notice to Enter, Violation Notices) in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support resident satisfaction through prompt communication and consistent follow‑up.
- Uphold privacy policies when managing resident information.
