**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking a Shift Manager/ Maintenance Coordinator to provide technical leadership for readiness, preventive and corrective maintenance, mission technician coverage and system/equipment troubleshooting support, including restoration of equipment and systems to specification for all systems at SCSC including Legacy and COTS systems, interfaces, fiber infrastructure, 3M Program and cable infrastructure.

Additional duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Technical Leadership in coordinating corrective and preventive maintenance and micro-miniature (2M) repair to maintain combat system readiness. All maintenance will be in accordance with the Navy Maintenance Material Management (3M) system utilizing SKED with the goal of achieving 100 percent equipment availability and systems maintained to shipboard standard.
