Day-to-Day Duties


  • Coordinate internal (90%) and external (10%) communications across all Commercial Segment brands.

  • Partner with department leaders and executives to understand initiatives, issues, and announcements, then develop appropriate communications.

  • Draft, edit, and publish employee communications including emails, memos, newsletters, campaigns, and intranet updates.

  • Deliver regular newsletters that consolidate information into concise, easy-to-consume formats.
