Lead and manage end-to-end commissioning activities for data center systems (Electrical / Mechanical). Oversee commissioning planning, scheduling, and execution in line with project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery. Review and validate commissioning documentation including method statements, test scripts, and reports. Ensure all systems (HVAC, power, cooling, BMS, etc.) are tested and commissioned to required standards. Identify risks/issues during commissioning and drive resolution in a timely manner.
