- Technical training (vocational training) or engineering electrical-mechanical
- With ease to socially interact
- With organizational capacity and making agile decisions
- Driving license
- Availability for long stays on site
- High English Level
- Electric or/and hydraulics knowledge, PLCs, Humman resources Management is a plus
