Commis Chef

We’re on the hunt for a passionate CommisChef ready to sharpen their skills in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where no two days are the same.

Job responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking food for our hotel guests
• Having full knowledge of all menu items served
• Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage
• Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding the maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards
• Maintaining food hygiene and health and safety standards
