Job Overview

Ayudante de cocina – The role reports to the Head Chef and supports the assigned cook during the scheduled shift, assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations across the restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Support pre‑preparation of food and dish assembly based on each restaurant menu.
• Develop and execute cleaning activities in the assigned area.
• Assist in ordering and preserving ingredients and kitchen products.
• Prepare, cook, and present culinary products.
• Review and control kitchen supplies, reporting any incidents.
