Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships in various industries such as oil & gas, chemical, power and water, Pulp & Paper, F&B.
- Capable to support install and troubleshooting mechanical seals and other John Crane products at customer site with minimum required technical guidance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and aim to create new and lasting ones.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to delivery and aftersales support while providing technical support and clarifications.
- Discuss and support the negotiation of contract terms and tenders while managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Record and accurately maintain customer information and opportunity data in CRM (C4C).
