Commercial Sales Coordinator

Adecco Worcester are recruiting a Commercial Sales Co‑Ordinator to play a key internal role in supporting UK and international sales activity. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where you'll manage customer accounts, coordinate deliveries, and act as the link between sales, logistics, and internal teams.

Key tasks:

Manage a portfolio of smaller UK customer accounts, handling quotations and day‑to‑day enquiries
Support UK and international sales teams with pricing, availability, lead times, and order updates
Coordinate UK and international freight movements, ensuring On‑Time In‑Full delivery
Liaise with couriers and freight partners and resolve delivery issues
Proactively communicate shipment updates and act as an escalation point when needed
