A critical part of your role will be directing laborers and ensuring high-quality work while managing project setups and maintaining safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose roof issues and implement repairs
• Maintain and operate roofing tools efficiently
• Train helpers and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Prepare and review project paperwork accurately
• Interact with customers to address concerns
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Roofing knowledge
• Familiarity with EPDM, TPO, PVC & Modified
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
