About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial operations by monitoring sales activities, pipeline health, and overall business performance across multiple sales teams
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by reviewing opportunities, customer records, sales activities, and forecasting data
  • Track deal progression, sales cycles, and pipeline movement, ensuring opportunities are updated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attend internal sales meetings to review pipeline status, challenge assumptions, and follow up on outstanding action items
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support management decision-making
  • Work closely with sales leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and CRM adoption
