The Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery is running a twelve-month proof-of-concept trial of FLO mCPD, a digital CPD and compliance coach for healthcare professionals. The platform turns everyday clinical reflection into structured, audit-ready continuing professional development. We are recruiting a Commercial Lead to drive the transition from research to an export-led digital-health venture. The post-holder owns market validation, pricing and procurement pathways, trial-partner engagement, and the spin-out roadmap, working alongside the Principal Investigator and the RCSI Technology Transfer Office. This is the project's commercial driver: a post for someone who identifies early adopters, builds the business case, and prepares RCSI for the next funding stage. Specifically, the duties of the post are:
