About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Growth Manager – POS to manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant clients using Blink’s POS. You’ll build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Build long‑term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular account reviews to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Support, and Product teams to resolve customer issues.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand account revenue.
