COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE DIRECTOR

As a Commercial Excellence Director, you will build, scale and continuously improve commercial operating model across markets. You will act as a key driver of how Sales, Customer Success and Marketing work.

The role combines strategic development with practical execution. You will help translate company strategy into commercial frameworks, tools and ways of working that support consistent execution in multiple countries. The role holds governance authority over commercial process standards, forecasting methodologies, CRM data integrity and pricing frameworks to ensure consistency and discipline across markets.
