About the Role
Responsibilities: 1. Measurement & Pricing and Cost Estimation 2. Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities 3. Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control, subcontract information Requirement: 1. Minimum 10 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification. Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects. 2. Prefer to have experience with LTA's project 3. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent 4. Proficiency in MS Office
