About the Role

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Timetable management and communication inside the division
    • Coordinate meetings and data in electronictimetables (Outlook)
    • Organization of the local divisional meeting and appointments (booking meeting rooms, catering and technical services, guest travel and lodging and logistic details in general)
    • Speaking to providers on the phone, via e-mail or in person to enable commercial and marketing activities
    • Update mailing lists, onenote, divisional highlights
    • Coordinate the relationship among Marketing and Facility or advocate to him/her the shipment and preparation of promotional support materials ( usb, brochures, product catalogue)
    • Became the point of contact among the divisions and organization for specific matters related to BUD activities
    • Processing and management of invoices for all commercial activities and maintenance of the department budget spreadsheets ...
