About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and coordinate the full order process
- Communicate with customers regarding quotations, product availability, delivery schedules, and order follow-up
- Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support after-sales and technical service activities, including related documentation and invoicing
- Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other commercial documents
- Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Development Managers
- Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and related logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English & French
- SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
