PC issue troubleshooting (by hotline/remote in) and inquiry Users mailbox issues troubleshooting Physically setup and install new PC/laptop/monitor/desk phone for users Install new PC software/company application/anti-virus for users Install/replace PC hardware for users (e.g. graphic card, RAM card) Install additional IT peripherals (e.g. printer/headset/webcam/docking) Update PC’s operation system/software/anti-virus to latest version User desk cable re-organization and tidy up Work with client’s IT team for requested tasks Mobile device and application basic installation and troubleshooting
