Collections Manager

We are seeking an experienced
Collections Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hire purchase collections, and possess strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee the collections department's daily operational activities Analyse collections MIS to implement effective collection strategies and meet target delinquency and bad debt rates Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and resolve issues Manage communication with customers regarding overdue accounts, using a balanced approach of firmness and empathy.
