*Job Summary*
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Collection Agents with proven experience in recovering overdue loans (30+ days). The ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation, communication, and debt recovery skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet collection targets while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage and recover overdue accounts aged 30 days and above.
* Contact clients through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
* Negotiate repayment arrangements and secure commitments to pay.
* Follow up consistently to ensure promises to pay are honored.
* Update collection records accurately and timely.
* Escalate difficult or uncooperative cases as required.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
* Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies during all client interactions.
