COLD STORAGE FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Day Shift: 6am-2pm Rate: $38

Afternoon Shift: 2pm-10pm $42

About the role: The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, loading, and unloading of chilled and frozen products while maintaining cold chain integrity and adhering to workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks in accordance with site procedures.
• Put away, replenish, and retrieve stock from racking locations.
• Move palletised goods within chilled and frozen warehouse environments.
• Conduct RF scanning and inventory transactions accurately.
• Complete pre-start forklift inspections and report equipment faults.
• Ensure products are handled in accordance with temperature-control requirements.
