Shift: Rotating Shifts (Mornings &; Afternoons)

A hands-on opportunity for a CNC Turner Programmer to support the efficient running of multi-spindle CNC lathes within a busy machining environment. This role focuses on machine performance, quality output, and supporting new product introduction.
CNC Turner Programmer Responsibilities:
- Set and operate and Program Star CNC sliding head lathes to meet production targets
- Carry out job changeovers, tool setting, and tool changes efficiently
- Perform inspections and liaise with Quality for approvals
- Assist with minor breakdowns and troubleshooting on machines
