About the Role

 Job Responsibilities 
Responsible for programming, installation, systems setup, testing.
Provide maintenance and service of machines.
Provide technical support to customers.
Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advices to customers.
Develop and maintain close relationship with customers.
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
*On job training will be provided.
 Requirements 
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
Open for fresh graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
