CNC Programmer

Reporting to the Supervisor of Programming, the CNC Programmer is responsible to produce and update CNC Programs. In order to achieve that, the CNC Programmer will need to interpret mechanical drawings, create new, improve and update CNC programs, and support continuous improvement for programming efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer and internal drawings, specifications, and work orders to develop CNC machining programs and fixture designs.
• Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs and tooling solutions to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.
• Source and coordinate required tooling and materials needed for production.
• Ensure all programming and set‑up documentation meets customer specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, program revisions, and ERP/work‑order documentation.
