**Job Description**
The CNC Programmer independently creates and optimizes nesting programs to meet complex production requirements. This role is centered on improving material yield, supporting production throughput, and driving efficiency improvements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop complex nests with multiple part geometries and mixed materials.
+ Optimize sheet utilization to maximize yield while meeting deadlines.
+ Apply advanced cut strategies including chain cutting, onion-skinning, micro-joints, and sequencing optimization.
+ Generate detailed documentation and support full program prove-outs.
+ Simulate and validate nests to prevent scrap and machine conflicts.
+ Troubleshoot programming and machine-related nesting issues.
+ Adjust programs for material inconsistencies or machine performance variations.
+ Maintain tooling databases and nesting standards.
