Job Description- Perform startup, shutdown and parameter setting of injection moulding machines- Set and adjust machine settings as per approved process sheet- Carry out mould changeover with proper safety and accuracy- Monitor product quality and take corrective actions if defects are found (E.G., Short fill, Flash, Burn mark)- Continuously monitor cycle time, part quality, machine condition and communicate abnormal conditions to Maintance /engineering team- Support internal/external audits and implement corrective actions- Support weekly & Monthly efficiency loss & rej analysisWe Don't Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 43,500 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
