The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is partnering with a precision manufacturing organization seeking a **CNC Programmer** to support high-speed machining operations. This role focuses on creating complex multi-axis programs and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing performance and consistency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop CNC programs for **3, 4, and 5-axis machines** using CAD/CAM software (NX, Vericut or similar)
+ Program high-speed machining of hardened steels and electrodes for precision mold applications
+ Support programming for horizontal mills used in soft machining (steel and plastics)
+ Create and maintain machining instructions, setup sheets, and technical documentation
+ Modify drawings and support engineering changes as needed
+ Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
