Cluster Learning and Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Cluster Learning and Development Executive to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and evaluating learning and development programs across Dukes The Palm and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.

• Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the cluster
• Design and develop engaging innovative learning programs using various methodologies including e-learning classroom training and blended approaches
• Implement and manage learning initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized training solutions that address specific business needs
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track report and analyze training effectiveness and learner progress
