Code Red are representing a client that is looking for a IT Support Technician to travel and support schools within the academy trust in Reading

Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality

Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specification

Identify, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues

Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

Good knowledge of IT Security solutions.

Active Directory and Group Policy Management

Office 365 Administration

Please not you will need to have full right to work in the UK due to undergoing DBS checks. You will also need to have a full UK driving license to travel to the different sites.
