Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the hardware, construction, and tools industry.
- Supervise, train, and support Sales Representatives; assign coverage areas and ensure performance targets are met.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major hardware clients and key accounts.
- Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and enhance sales execution.
- Address customer concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to support client requirements and improve operational efficiency.
