Position Overview

Entrust is currently looking for a Cloud Technical Program Manager to join our team. This position is based in Shakopee, Minnesota, Ottawa, Canada, or Paris, France and will report to the VP, SaaS & Infrastructure Operations. The Cloud Technical Program Manager serves as the single point of contact and strategic liaison between Entrust and its managed cloud services partners. This role ensures seamless coordination across all internal functions—including Operations, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Product, Skilled Services, and Customer Success—to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant SaaS platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor/Partner Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the cloud managed services provider, ensuring alignment on SLAs, deliverables, roadmaps, and escalation processes.
