- Establish and manage a centralized view of all cloud and infrastructure initiatives
- Track progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Identify delivery gaps and escalation risks
- Ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Performance & Productivity Management
- Develop and monitor KPIs
- Provide insights into team capacity and workload
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Executive Reporting & Insights
- Prepare executive reports for leadership
- Translate technical data into business insights
- Maintain dashboards
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Coordinate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Operations teams
- Ensure follow‑ups on dependencies
- Drive alignment without direct authority
- Operational Excellence & PMO Discipline
