Cloud Platform Engineering – Team Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Platform Engineer with a strong focus on AWS and DevOps practices. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining a highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure platform on AWS. Continuous improvement of our cloud platform estate is a key focus.

Team Lead Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Cloud Platform Engineers.
• Oversee workload distribution, task prioritization, and manage delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues, driving fast and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with the Head of Platform Engineering and cross‑functional teams to align cloud initiatives with broader objectives.
