About Eightpoint About the Role The Cloud Operations Engineer will provide hands‑on operational support across Eightpoint's multi‑cloud infrastructure spanning AWS and GCP. This role focuses on maintaining reliability, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring observability across all environments while enabling the DevOps team to focus on project‑driven initiatives. The position reports to the Director of IT & Cybersecurity and works closely with the DevOps and Systems Administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support AWS infrastructure including EKS clusters, Elastic Beanstalk environments, EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS, and IAM across a multi‑account environment.
• Support GCP workloads, primarily BigQuery pipelines and related data infrastructure.
