Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for configuration management, status monitoring, and scheduled inspections of critical equipment—including servers and network switches—in the data center infrastructure to ensure high system availability。
- Address customer issues arising from cloud platform usage and support their business activities.
- Perform end-to-end operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive optimizations.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive O&M reports on system status, resource utilization, and operational metrics on a regular basis.
