- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including VM, storage, networking, backup, and IAM.
- Experience with Ansible or similar automation/configuration tools.
- Solid troubleshooting skills across compute, networking, backups, and OS layers.
- Practical knowledge of server patching, security updates, and vulnerability fixes.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incidents, Change, Problem Management).
