Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure environments
- Support deployments on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Handle basic troubleshooting for cloud-related issues
- Manage users, permissions, and access control
- Work on incident management and service requests
- Assist in automation of routine tasks
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of compute, storage, and networking services
- Familiarity with Linux
