Role Overview We are looking for a
Cloud Engineer (L2)
to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple domains including
Cloud, Security, Networking, and Systems .
In this role, you will be responsible for
proactive monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration , ensuring all issues are resolved within defined
SLA timelines .
Key Responsibilities
Monitor work queues and proactively manage incidents and service requests
Provide
L2 support
for medium-complexity issues across multiple technologies
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents while identifying root causes
Ensure timely resolution within SLA and update tickets with detailed actions
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for issue resolution
