Cloud Engineer ($9,000)

Job Duties: Provide Level 2 operational support for Windows Servers / Linux across AWS platforms Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, and Windows clustering to ensure high system availability. Conduct scheduled Windows Server patching using WSUS, SCCM, AWS Systems Manager Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on Windows Server platforms; perform OS-level diagnostics and performance tuning. Handle incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira) while maintaining SLA compliance. Apply CIS hardening baselines, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain IAM permissions following least-privilege principles. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and use cloud CLIs (AWS) to automate operational and remediation tasks. Configure and manage cloud-native monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Cloud Monitoring) and proactively resolve performance issues.
